Families wishing to enroll their children in Escuela Bella Vista when visit are given all the needed information about the school. Our EBV Coordinator of Admissions is here to meet you to offer any help and to ensure full understanding and to answer your questions.

Requirements for Admission
  1. A registration form. Download Registration Form
  2. 2 passport-sized pictures.
  3. A copy of passport and birth certificate of the student.
  4. Copy of passport or photo id of the parent/guardian.
  5. Student Health Record Form along with vaccination certificate, vision and hearing tests, and a general medical report from the doctor.
  6. Transcripts and academic information from the last school attended. (Copy of the report cards for the present school year and the two previous years.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADMISSIONS
Candidates for admission to the Elementary School of EBV must meet all of the following standards:

1. must be capable of succeeding in a strong and structured academic environment;
2. must have a clean record of discipline, with no suspensions or expulsions;
3. must have an acceptable reference regarding behavior at the previous school;
4. must express a personal desire to attend EBV;
5. must agree to follow all EBV's guidelines and to submit to authority.


If all the above standards are met, candidates for admission may submit an application and request an admissions interview.

Admissions interviews in the Elementary School are chaired by the appropriate Principal, together with a minimum of two faculty members of the Elementary School.

MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS

Candidates for admission to the Middle School and High School of EBV must meet all of the following standards:

1. must have at least a 2.00 cumulative GPA with no "F's" at the previous school;
2. must have a clean record of discipline, with no suspensions, expulsions or involvement with law enforcement offices;
3. must have an acceptable reference regarding behavior at the previous school;
4. must express a personal desire to attend EBV;
5. must agree to follow all EBV's guidelines and to submit to authority.


If all the above guidelines are met, candidates for admission may submit an application and request an admissions interview.

The appropriate Principal, together with a minimum of two faculty members and one student of the Middle School and/or High School, chairs admissions interviews in the Middle School and High School.

In rare instances, it is possible that a candidate would be admitted with a deficiency in one of the above-listed areas, but only with:

· the approval of the full Management Team
· a written contract addressing the deficiency
· an understanding that the education of this student may involve a supervision fee
